I absolutely loved my stay at our lovely hotel in Alnwick. The location was fantastic, right in the centre of town with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms were cozy and clean, though a bit small for longer stays. The service was top-notch, with a welcoming and caring staff. The dining experience could have been better as we had to dine elsewhere for more variety, but overall a great value for the money.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were tastefully decorated and furnished, clean, and comfortable, with a nice touch of fresh milk and sweets provided. However, it was a bit too hot in the room despite the heaters being off and not being able to open the windows. The service was exceptional, especially when I needed assistance with luggage storage. The location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. On the downside, the dining experience was slow and lacking in quality, even with a discount. Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel with a few minor drawbacks.
